2 rooms; These rooms are on the Palms Building on the 2nd floor (keep in mind that we have an elevator now). One is a Club Level GBT- (Beachfront Grande Luxe Club Level Junior Suite w/tranquillity soaking tub) while the other is a Butler OBT-(Beachfront One- Bedroom butler suite w/tranquillity soaking tub).

Bathroom Facilities:

Both rooms were tailored to provide complete comfort for these guests. They feature a lower bed, a lower bathroom counter and mirror, roll in shower with hand held portable shower head. Benches can be provided on request. The public restrooms in the lobby have been tailored to accommodate persons who are physically challenged.

This property is not suitable for people in wheel chairs or those who have difficulty with stairs. Beach is accessible via a bus to the Ochi Beach Club or via stairs to the Riviera Seaside beach.

2 IWJS rooms on the 1st floor of the Italian Village and 2 IGB rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor. However, all room doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs.

On request, shower bench and extended shower head available. Bathrooms in physically challenged rooms have rails and the vanity area/faucets allow for wheelchairs to pull up directly to the basin.

The resort is very “physically- challenged” friendly. It has minimal amounts of elevation changes, enabling wheelchairs and scooters to have access to all areas on the property (including the beach) via walkways and ramps where necessary. Access to the Private Offshore Island & Over-the-Water-Villa and Bungalows is difficult for the physically challenged as this involves getting in/out of boats.

• 1 WGBT – 1st floor, beach side of Bamboo Grove (built in ramp at pathway to door) – door entrance 2 inches high

Wheelchairs can enter shower stalls; grab bars next to toilet and in shower stalls; lowered sinks. Upon request, benches and raised toilet seats can be provided.

• Guests normally rent Motorised Scooters on their own or travel with them.

General:

• Almost all of the resort grounds are wheelchair accessible, with most of the land being flat.
• Three of our buildings have elevators:
• The Crystal Lagoon Village – giving access to all Swim-Up Suites (1R) and Penthouses (P1);
• The Coconut Cove and Bamboo Grove (garden side) – provides access to 32 of our 36 LX rooms and 4 of the 16 1B (2 story loft suites)
• The Millionaire Suites (RJ) have limited wheelchair access – no ramps but no steps at entrance; portable ramp can be requested. No access to Penthouse Millionaire Suites as they are only accessible by a flight of stairs. A few rooms on beach side of Coconut Cove and Bamboo Grove have limited access (no steps at entrance). These ocean view club level rooms and butler suites are entered via 3-4 steps (WGBT) or a flight of stairs (GBT & 1B). The HB rooms on the Paradise Building are also only accessible by stairs. Half of our HS rooms are on ground floor (no ramp but low step at entrance) while half are on the second floor with only stairs to access them.

5 rooms (WJS & HG) have doors wide enough to accommodate wheel-chairs.

Bathroom Facilities:

Rails are in bathrooms and all rooms have teak benches in the bathrooms. Of the 5 rooms, four of them have showers stalls that will allow for the wheel- chair to roll in while one has a tub.

Windsor Beach is accessible as there is a ramp leading down to it. Access to the Offshore Island is difficult for the physically challenged as this involves getting in/out of the boats.
